Volunteer Administrative Assistant
St Peters House Project provides a community outreach support service across West Sussex for people living with HIV. We aim to promote holistic well-being, social welfare and personal development for our clients. We welcome people from all social and cultural backgrounds to join us as volunteers.
Role Summary
You'll be helping us with a range of administrative tasks at our small office in Horsham. Your role could involve petty cash work, updating documents, information gathering, stock control, taking notes at team meetings, organising publicity packs and data handling.

Working days and hours are flexible and negotiable depending on your availability and the needs of our team.

Person Specification
For this role, you should be a reliable team player, with some experience of administrative work and knowledge of electronic filing, confidentiality and data protection. It is essential that you have excellent people and organisation skills (including IT) for this role.
